How to Request an Appointment

You can request an appointment in the following ways:

We now offer a range of different types of appointment with our clinicians. These include:

  • Telephone consultations
  • Video consultations
  • Face to face appointments

  • Face to face appointments with GPs or our practice nurses
  • Telephone consultations with GPs or our practice nurses
  • Telephone advice calls

On booking your appointment you may be asked to give a few details. Please do not be offended by this, it will help us to allocate you the correct appointment. Routine and emergency appointments are available every day in the morning and afternoon.

If you need an urgent appointment, you will be seen as soon as possible on the day of request. Please specify this on the online form in the Consulting Room or tell the receptionist if your request is urgent.

Extended Hours Appointments

The practice participates in the extended hours service. On some mornings we will have a few, pre-bookable appointments available from 07:30.

The practice will not be open for normal business until 08:30 and phones will not be switched on until 08:30. These appointments may be suitable to you if you cannot attend the practice during usual working hours, 08:30-18:00.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, this may enable someone else to be seen.
