Patient Registration

New registrations

We accept new registrations within East Renfrewshire in Busby, Clarkston, Giffnock, Netherlee, Whitecraigs and Waterfoot as shown by the boundary line on this map.

In order to register with the practice you can fill in our online form or bring your NHS medical card and ask about registering at reception.  If you don't have a medical card you will be asked to fill in a registration form and a new patient medical information form, and you will be offered a new patient medical appointment with one of our nurses, if you wish one.

If you prefer a particular type of doctor, e.g. female for a female patient, and vice versa, we will note this and do our best to respect your choice.  However, not all the doctors in the practice provide all services, and specific doctors may not be immediately available.

Currently registered patients

If you live outside the practice area above you will not be asked to leave the practice, however if you have a change of address to any address outside of the postcodes noted above you will be asked to register elsewhere.

Family members residing at the same address

Dependent children (under 18) of patients living outside the practice area can continue to be registered at the practice, however we will not accept registration of adult children returning to live at home if you reside outside the practice area.

Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
