  • Weigh to Go

    Weigh To Go (WTG) is a weight management service to help 12-18 yr olds manage/ loose weight. An initial assessment and ongoing support for the 24 week programme is provided by WTG Outreach Nurses who are part of the Youth Health Service Team. Participants can access free Commercial Weight Management and are encouraged to take part in physical activity.
