The Patient Access software has today been switched off in advance of our clinical software change. Those patients who have been using this to request medication will find that it no longer works. This software is not compatible with the new software system that the NHS are rolling out in every GP practice in Scotland.
A replacement service called ‘Patient Services’ will take it’s place shortly. Any current Patient Access users will receive an email invite asking them to complete their sign up for this service. Other patients will be able to sign up for this once we are up and running with the new software and further information will be provided on how to do this at a later date.
