On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of this coming week we will be offering an ‘On The Day’ service as we have been for the last week. On Thursday 29th, Friday 30th January, Monday 2nd and Tues 3rd February we will be only able to deal with emergencies as we will be unable to enter data into the clinical system. Our new system will go live on Tuesday however staff will be getting to grips with this and so our advice to those wishing to pre-book appointments is to contact us from the Wednesday, 4th February.
Again, the staff at Carolside appreciate your understanding as we learn a new system. Some things may take longer initially as staff adapt to the different software and so please be patient with us. We will seek to get up to speed as soon as possible.
