    Glasgow and Clyde Weight Management Services target people with existing health conditions that will be improved by losing weight. Individuals with diabetes, heart disease or who have previously had a stroke and have a BMI of >30 can self refer to the weight management service.

  • NHS GGC Weigh To Go

    Weigh To Go is a service for 12-18 year olds who are overweight (BMI>25) who wish to lose or manage their weight.
    12-15 year olds can get support from a Weigh To Go Nurse for up to 24 weeks.
    15-18 year olds can get support from a Weight To Go Nurse and free slimming world membership. For further details please see the website.
