Our team works hard to offer support, advice, and treatment in a respectful and professional environment. We understand that accessing healthcare can sometimes feel stressful, and we will always do our best to listen, help, and guide you. In return, we ask that all patients and visitors treat our staff with kindness and respect.
Sadly we are seeing an increase in rude, demanding and aggressive behaviour towards staff which is unacceptable. Our reception, clinical, and support teams are here to help you, and they deserve to work in a safe and positive environment.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behaviour and so anyone who does not adhere to the expected standards of behaviour will be asked to register with another GP Practice.
By working together with mutual respect and understanding, we can ensure the best possible experience and care for everyone.
