Complaints

We are committed to continually improving our services and welcome feedback from patients to help us identify areas where we can do better. When making a complaint, it is helpful if you explain what went wrong, how you feel the issue could be prevented from happening again, and what outcome you would like to see. Providing this information helps us understand your concerns and review them appropriately.

We will respond to your complaint in a clear and structured manner, addressing the issues raised and explaining the findings of our investigation.

Our approach is to understand concerns, identify any learning points, and make improvements where appropriate.

Our Complaints Policy can be found here.

Please note that we can only investigate issues with the patient’s consent. If you are completing this form on behalf of an adult, we will require their consent before proceeding with the investigation.

If you do not wish to make a formal complaint, you may instead use our Feedback Form to share a concern, suggestion, or compliment. We welcome all feedback as it helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.

To submit a complaint please complete our online complaints form.
