We receive a very high volume of telephone calls on a Monday, it would be helpful to us if you could refrain from telephoning for results on a Monday.

Samples

Please do not hand in a sample unless requested to do so. When handing it in, ensure it is passed  to a staff member (not left on reception) so that they can check that the appropriate paperwork is filled in. Samples should all be handed in by 16:00.

Samples left without the appropriate paperwork will not be processed.
